As your wedding coordinator, my job is to take everything you’ve planned and make it happen exactly as you imagined, calmly, smoothly, and without stress. From the moment you book, I’m here as your go-to support. We’ll start with an initial chat to get to know each other and go over what you’ve planned so far. Then, around six weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet again to finalise your timeline, confirm logistics, and tie up any loose ends. I’ll also get in touch with your suppliers to make sure everyone is on the same page and knows I’ll be the main point of contact on the day.
When your wedding day arrives, you can relax knowing everything is under control. I’ll manage the schedule, coordinate suppliers, oversee set-up, and quietly handle any hiccups that arise, ensuring the day flows naturally and allowing you to stay present and soak up every moment. Whether it’s greeting guests, liaising with your caterers, cueing music, or adjusting the timeline on the fly, I’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork. And if you need someone to step in as MC or help with those final touches, I’m right there, flexible, calm, and focused on making the day feel effortless.
Your coordination package includes 10 hours of dedicated support, tailored entirely to your schedule, whether you’d like assistance from the early-morning preparations or throughout the evening festivities. I’ll be there when you need me most. If you think you’ll need me for longer, extra hours can be added at an additional cost. My aim is simple: to bring your vision to life exactly as you’ve imagined it, so you can let go, celebrate, and enjoy every second of your wedding day.

From our first conversation, I’ll get to know you both, your story, your style, and the vision you have for your day. You’ll always lead the decisions while I manage the logistics and coordination behind the scenes to ensure everything comes together effortlessly, with a calm and collaborative approach that makes planning feel as special as the celebration itself.
Together, we’ll design a wedding that reflects who you are. From curating the perfect suppliers to overseeing budgets, timelines, and styling, every element will be handled with care and precision. You’ll also have access to my trusted network of venues, florists, photographers, and other professionals, all chosen to suit your vision perfectly, and throughout the journey, I’ll be right there offering guidance, ideas, and reassurance whenever you need it. When the big day arrives, you’ll be free to relax and enjoy every moment as I oversee everything from set-up to the first dance, working closely with your suppliers and managing the flow of the day so it all feels natural and effortless. All you’ll need to do is be present, soak up the atmosphere, and celebrate surrounded by the people you love.
